INGREDIENTS
•100 gm cream cheese
•2 eggs
•2 tablespoons shredded cheese
•1 tablespoon spring onion
•1 teaspoon melted butter
PREPARATION METHOD
1.Light your Envirofit Supersaver Charcoal Jiko using little charcoal.
2.Add eggs to cream cheese; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
3.Stir in shredded cheese and the spring onions.
4.Melt butter in a pan. Add egg mixture. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side.
5.Serve and see your family enjoy and want more!
