Warranty

Envirofit holds our products to the highest standards of performance. All of our products come with a 1 year limited warranty.

What does the Warranty Cover?

The product warranty covers cookstove against manufacturers defects for a period of one (1) year with the limitation that painted surfaces are specifically excluded. Note it is normal for the stove to rust over time and can still perform with the presence of rust. The warranty is void if the product has been modified or if damage results from negligence, accidents, and misuse of the product in discordance with the recommended instructions found on the website, on the packaging, and (sometimes) included in with the product.

Envirofit reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective part(s) to determine if the complaint is covered by this warranty. Envirofit shall, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective part(s) at no charge. Envirofit’s obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages resulting from use, storage or handling of the product.

How do I replace my product?

Contact the representative from which you purchased the product or our global customer service if the product fails during normal use during the warranty period.
