Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar today awarded five small and medium enterprises with the Climate Solver Award 2013 and also released the report titled, ‘RE+: Renewables beyond Electricity – Solar Air Conditioning and Desalination in India’, to promote low carbon innovative technologies in the country.
