I recently returned from the Cookstove Futures Summit, hosted by the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves in New York, where I was impressed by the response from the international community to commit 4 billion dollars to the clean cookstove sector. This support marks a monumental change in raising the voice for the clean cookstoves movement to help bring much needed attention funding and global recognition of the battle against indoor air pollution.
